1. Small web services
We design, build, and operate compact services with a small surface area: a clear purpose, plain HTML interfaces, and HTTPS by default. Typical work includes informational sites, internal dashboards, and lightweight publishing workflows. Every service ships with contact details, a privacy note, and a documented way to report problems.
2. Infrastructure automation and self-hosting
We set up reproducible servers and static hosting with version-controlled configuration: automated TLS certificates, backups, and updates, plus documented rollback steps. The goal is infrastructure a single operator can understand and rebuild — no hidden control panels, no manual snowflake servers.
3. Open-source tooling and experiments
Utilities that survive real operation are cleaned up and published as open source. Experiments that do not earn their keep are retired rather than left running. If you use something we published, the best contact is hello@treau.me with the repository and version.
What we do not do
To keep this domain and our mail reputation clean, we do not send bulk email, operate URL shorteners on this apex domain, host user-generated content without review, or build tracking and fingerprinting systems.
